Strong intellectual property rights are imperative to the toy industry to protect their designs and inventions. Toys and games are constantly evolving, and new product lines launch every year to meet changing consumer demands. Unfortunately, rogue operators produce and sell copies of our members’ products.

We work with third party organisations to provide expert help to our members on intellectual property, combatting illegal toys, and other issues.

We are a member of the Alliance for Intellectual Property , a membership organisation of intellectual property-rich businesses. The Alliance champions the importance of intellectual property to protect and promote brands, designers, and creators.
